Mondrian Soho Hotel

The Mondrian Soho Hotel is a conversion of an existing 13-story building into a 25-story, 140,000 sf hotel. The work included demolition, alteration and addition to the existing twelve-story structure, structural steel and concrete modifications to the existing structure that would allow the addition of fifteen stories, and the added stories themselves, also constructed of structural steel. An entire new skin (the Window Wall & Façade) around the building is substantially constructed as a ribbon-type curtain-wall system The completed project contains 270 hotel guestrooms, a bar restaurant, fitness room, business center, public auction hall and garden area.
